Content Strategy

I've led content strategy on projects large and small, from responsive redesigns for B2B, finance, engineering, e-commerce, and university websites to CMS implementations to branding projects to HTML email and print communication plans. I focus on planning for and creating content that’s useful, engaging, effective, and sustainable.


Brand Storytelling

Through experience and research I've become an expert in brand storytelling. I've led brand implementation projects, tested the impact of story on branding, and produced multiple presentations and publications (including a master's thesis) on the subject.
